We LOVE that we have a view of the bridge and some of Lauritzen Gardens.

Bancroft doesn't have speed bumps and is very quiet and private.

We also love that our assigned parking spot is right by the stairs. Makes bringing in the groceries easy.

The people who lived here before us, built this little flower bed. We have loved it!
